This Shipping Policy explains the shipping area, shipping charges, order processing schedule, and delivery information applicable to purchases made through the WNEEDU website.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, U.S. overseas territories, or U.S. military addresses.

Shipping Charges

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $50.00 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $3.99.

Order Processing Schedule

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are processed on the same business day.

Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a U.S. federal holiday are processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is the regular shipping method available for eligible U.S. orders.

Carrier transit time typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery destination and carrier operations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control. A specific delivery date is not guaranteed unless a specific delivery service with a guaranteed date is expressly offered at checkout.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an address needs to be corrected after an order is submitted, please email service@wneedu.shop before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on the business day on which the order was placed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be provided through the order information or by email after the order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location provided by the carrier and contact the carrier using the tracking information.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

Customs and Import Charges

This policy applies to domestic deliveries within the contiguous United States. No separate customs or import payment is required for the domestic shipping service described in this policy.
